Digital Apathy No More!
We’re digging deep this week, lovelies, because brand ambassador Asia Rau and I are diving into the little-discussed (but always necessary), digital empathy. Within recent years, digital empathy has never been more important as our world expands further into the digital realm. Asia and I highlight the benefits of deep-diving into digital culture, talking about a wide scope of how to reach and connect with your audience to build community around compassion and authenticity.
Grab your coffee, grab your tea, let’s talk it out!
About Asia Rau
Asia Rau is the founder and creative director of The Strategic Ampersand, a social media marketing and digital strategy consulting firm based in Portland, OR. After working in the event management industry for 17+ years, across higher education, corporate, and non-profit sectors, Asia started her own event management boutique offering a marketing component in February 2012. Within two years, she flipped her business plan on its head after receiving numerous requests for social media marketing assistance from clients. Now getting strategically social, digitally speaking, is her primary service. With lady-like moxie, a dash of humor, and coffee in hand, Asia works alongside clients, ranging from local mom & pop shops to national brands, helping them strike a balance between their digital work and analog relationships with their marketing strategies.
