Andrew is the founder of Ironic, a concierge wedding meteorologist service. However, he started his career in events over 20 years ago. First in private event planning, then moving his focus to large scale festivals and concert tours as a specialist dedicated to event meteorology, crowd management, safety, and risk mitigation in partnership with AEG Presents, Goldennvoice, and Live Nation.
Andrew founded Ironic in 2020 in order to help wedding pros better understand how to manage the forecasted weather they have to work with, as well as creating a safe environment for couples and guests, and limiting legal risk as much as possible in the event of severe weather. Andrew is all about keeping safety a priority. On this EP we cover the importance of knowing what to expect when it comes to an event, success and safety, as well as the importance of having all the facts. We also talk about the benefits of having your own personal meteorologist ready at hand for your big day, and the difference it can make.
