Hey! How have you been, friends?
I’m back this week with a brief but oh so fun new solo episode, which is always a blast because it feels like getting to have a one-on-one chat with you all where we connect and update each other on life!
This week I take a short dive into a topic that’s become an amazing, and somewhat unexpected (it’ll all make sense when you listen to the ep!) part of my life. This week we have EP 167- Talk About Life Coaching with yours truly. After much careful deliberation, researching schools, and talking to my peers who were also exploring life coaching, I decided to sign up with Co-Active Training Institute, and am presently on my journey to becoming a certified life coach! Which is so incredibly exciting.
If you had asked me prior to this journey how I felt about the idea of being a life coach, I might have shared a preconceived notion I had of life coaches being a step down from a therapist, because at the time I had no idea how much I would grow to LOVE and become so extremely passionate about the WHY of life coaching, and specifically, bringing it to the wedding community!
So go grab your coffee, grab your tea, and let’s catch up and talk it out!
Key Takeaways
- How I got into Life Coaching
- Is Life Coaching woo woo?
- Connecting with the person, not the problem
- Opening the doors
