There’s No ‘I’ in Team
The thought of being a leader of your business and all teams involved can be overwhelming & intimidating – especially since we’re often told only certain types of people can be affective leaders. Regardless, business owners trying to build their business and boost their teams needs to dedicate time and energy into this. We all have different skills and strengths, but Ashley’s here to break down what you need to be a great leader to your team, and how to show up and motivate to keep your business running. It’s time to take advantage of what growing a team can mean for your business and your entrepreneur!
Grab your coffee, grab your tea, let’s talk it out!
About Ashley Ebert
If I’m being honest, I don’t really remember what life was like before I had my team. What I can remember is the day that I realized that my dreams were too big to do alone.
We’re not talking “change the world”-type dreams, but tangible ones just out of reach – like living a nomadic lifestyle, taking weekends off (when was the last time you really did that?!), and being able to be there for my husband and daughter when they need me. You, too? You’re my kind of people.
Today, my wedding planning company almost runs itself, and provides me the space to pursue new passions – like helping you find the same freedom in your own life and thriving business. Building a team absolutely, without a doubt, completely changed my life, and I can’t wait to watch it change yours, too.
